The subject of procurement are three packing facilities that will be installed in the production facility of Adriatica Dunav company as a packaging plant. The new packaging machines will reduce waste generation during the production process, in accordance with the technical specifications in Appendix 3 Financial offer/Technical specifications (for each Lot) of Invitation for submission of offers.

The subject of procurement is divided into 3 lots as follows:

- Lot 1: Stretchwood covering system; Relates to the packaging system, the so-called "stretchwood" packaging in 25kg bags for pallets.

- Lot 2: Big-bag packaging; Relates to the packaging system in large bags. Packaging in "big-bag" bags is a semi-automatic packaging system for products in bags weighing 600-1200 kg; only one operator is required.

- Lot 3: Pallet packaging; Pallet packaging is an automatic system for packaging bags under 25kg onto pallets.

The subject of procurement includes the manufacture of the subject of procurement and assembly and commissioning. The cost of delivery of the subject of procurement is borne by the Contracting Authority (EXW).

The Tenderer may submit an offer for one or more Lots, which shall be indicated in the designated fields within Tender submission form (Appendix 1). Within this procedure with publication of the Invitation for submission of offers, a supply of goods procurement contract will be concluded. Tenderer must deliver the subject of procurement in the manner prescribed by this Invitation and the technical specifications and other appendices. The offered goods must be new.
