Subject of procurement includes energy and resource efficient machines that will be installed in the production facility of the Adriatica Dunav company, in accordance with technical specifications in Appendix 3. Technical specifications (for each Lot) and quantities specified in Appendix 2. Financial offer of Invitation for submission of offers.

The subject of procurement is divided into 7 lots as follows:

Lot 1: Bucket Elevators

Bucket Elevator is used in industry for loading, storing and transporting materials for compactor and sieve.

Lot 2: Hammer Mill

Hammer Mill is used for grinding compacted products.

Lot 3: Double Screw Conveyor for unloading the mill

Double Screw Conveyor for unloading the mill transports the ground material to the screen elevator.

Lot 4: Cluster Screw Conveyor

Cluster Screw Conveyor transports the product of granulometry above a certain size for re-grinding.

Lot 5: Dust Collection Screw Conveyors

The Dust Collection Screw Conveyor collects dust generated during the production process and transports it back into the system for further processing or mixing, therefore reducing raw material loss and optimizing resource use.

Dust Collection Screw Conveyor M4 for dust collection prevents dust residues from spilling onto the floor of the production facility.

Lot 6: Transport System

The Transport System includes a Scraping Chain and Belt Conveyors with three rollers.

Lot 7: Screw Conveyor for Mesh Vibrating Plate

Screw Conveyor for Mesh Vibrating Plate unloads the Bucket Elevator with the dust from the previous stage (Mesh Vibrating Plate).
