The subject of procurement is audiovisual equipment consisting of:

1. digital movie camera with equipment, 1 set

2. digital movie camera-set, 1 set

3. lens, 1 pcs

4. digital mixer and multi-track recorder, 1 pcs

Detailed requirements are defined in the technical specifications in point 2.2. of Invitation to Tender.

The subject of procurement is not divided into groups so tenderer is obliged to submit a tender that includes the total subject of procurement as defined in the technical specifications in point 2.2. of Invitation to tender.

On 22.10.2025. the 1st amendment to the Invitation to Tender was published which relates to the correction of an error in the entry of points for Technical Merit, in point 4.4.3. of the Invitation to Tender and to the correction of an error in the value of the requested technical specification in point 2.2., for Digital movie camera with equipment, 1 set. The corrections has been made in the Invitation to Tender and in Annex 2. Bill of quantity. The amendments are marked in red.

In the procurement process, the Contracting authority has determined that technical specifications of audiovisual equipment sets are not sufficiently defined to ensure complete implementation of the procurement subject, therefore their additional elaboration and amendment are required. For the above reason, the Contracting authority cancels the procurement procedure.
